Website Troubleshooting

To login to your account, click the “LOGIN” link in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

To reset your password, click the “LOGIN” link in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Then enter your email within the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD” box and click the “REQUEST A NEW PASSWORD” button.

Add the wines to your shopping cart from the “SHOP” link on the top navigation. When ready to checkout, click the “CHECKOUT” or “VIEW CART” link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your code into the “Coupon Code” box in the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on the “Add” button.

After logging into the website with your email address and password, click on the “Account” link in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Click on the “Edit Addresses” button below your primary billing address, which will take you to your address book. Click on “Add Address” and enter your address information.

After you’ve selected your items and proceeded to the cart, check the “Gift Order” box below the Special Instructions field. Enter your gift message and click “Save.”

If you’re attempting to reset your password and are getting an “Incorrect Temporary Password” error message, there’s likely an easy fix.
