Eliot Nett

Tour and Education Coordinator at Lytton Springs

Eliot was born and raised in Iowa and came to California right after high school and has been here ever since. He has worked in the wine industry for the last twenty years: six years for Kendall Jackson, a few local pinot noir producers afterwards, and the last twelve wonderful years here at Ridge. He’s a home winemaker and has been the recipient of invaluable tips and great assistance in that endeavor from our always-helpful winemaking team at Lytton Springs.

Nick Salazar

Assistant Manager of Retail Sales & Hospitality at Monte Bello

Nick started working in hospitality over 20 years ago and his love for wine grew when he moved to high-end restaurants. Understanding the amazing connection between food and wine turned into a passion. His tenure in restaurants allowed him to taste some of the finest wines to pair with artisanal dishes from around the world. He decided to move to a winery-specific career in 2018 and joined the Ridge Team in 2021.
