Production Overview

Since 1996, we’ve produced limited amounts of syrah for our ATP members from our Lytton Estate property. As in the past, the 2014 vintage was co-fermented with a small amount of viognier from an adjacent parcel. Made from organically grown grapes harvested on September 6, with an average brix of 25.3°, the wine went through whole-berry fermentation in open-top tanks on indigenous yeast before aging for 21 months in 1, 2 & 3-year-old american oak barrels.

*The wine is currently available in our online store and at both retail locations; Monte Bello & Lytton Springs.
