Jeb Dunnuck awards great scores for a number of our wines in his recent review, The 2017s From Sonoma:
“On the heels of the long, even 2016 vintage, the 2017 vintage was one of extremes, with record levels of rainfall (surpassing records going back over 100 years to 1904) early in the year and numerous, brutal heat spikes throughout the growing season, the worst being an extended heat wave over Labor Day weekend. Nevertheless, the wines are surprisingly beautiful, with slightly higher acidity levels and lower alcohols, yet still showing plenty of sunny fruit.”
