My temporary password won't work

If you’ve received a temporary password via email after utilizing the “Request A New Password” link and are receiving an “Incorrect Temporary Password” error, there’s likely an easy fix!

1) Enter the temporary password you received via email here and click the ‘Sign in & Continue’ button

2) Depending on your browser settings, you may see that the temporary password field in the next window has been auto-filled. If it has, click on the eye icon on the right-hand side of the temporary password field to verify that value matches the temporary password you received via email. If it doesn’t, clear the value and re-enter your temporary password then proceed to entering and confirming your new password.

3) Click on the ‘Sign in & Continue’ button and you should be logged in successfully.

If you continue to run into problems, check that you haven’t inadvertently selected an extra space on either side of your temporary password when copying and pasting it into the temporary password field.
