Join us for our third annual Lytton Springs Assemblage event and learn about the anatomy of a field blend and the process of harvesting, fermenting, and aging each grape variety together. This event is an exclusive opportunity for club members to taste the newly-assembled 2022 vintage of Lytton Springs and the components that comprise it. Winemakers Shauna Rosenblum and Michael Bairdsmith will be on hand to talk about the unique characteristics of field blends and how each wine was produced.
