Otsuka America and its subsidiaries have respective Codes of Conduct which contain general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics. Otsuka America and its subsidiaries are committed to an environment where open, honest communication are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your company’s leadership, Compliance or Human Resources department to ask questions or when you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
If you do not feel comfortable making a report locally or if you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the hotline (phone or website), hosted by an independent third-party hotline provider. You may submit reports relating to violations stated in your respective company’s Code of Conduct, as well as ask for guidance related to policies and procedures or ask questions.
