“Aromas of crushed raspberry and blueberry erupt from the glass of this Zin-Carignan blend. On the seamless palate, flavors of ripe berries mingle with chopped mint, toasted baking spices and anise in a framework of silky tannin and pinpoint-focused acidity. Drink this with anything savory/meaty and/or roasted.” — Tom Capo
“Blackberry, pencil shavings and peppercorn aromas show on the nose of this bottling that includes 5% Petite Sirah. The palate is energized with berry to black-plum flavors, as an underlying cigar-box spice settles into the firm structures.” — Matt Kettmann

“The nose of this Carignan shows aromas of fresh raspberry, geranium and white pepper while the palate displays maraschino cherry, dark cocoa powder and salted caramel. The tannin and acid need a little time to integrate, but this should round out nicely.” — Tom Capo

The nose exudes salty watermelon-lime aromas that carry through to the zippy and energetic palate.
