Shipping Policy

We are currently able to ship wine to ALL states excluding the following: AL, AR, DE, IN, MS, RI, UT.

Order Departure & Arrival

We ship all FedEx services (Ground, Express, and Overnight) Monday through Friday each week during the winter months. If you would like a specific ship date, please indicate it in your order notes or give us a call at 408.867.3233. Your order may be placed on a weather hold if the weather conditions at the departure or arrival location are not conducive to shipping wine. We will notify you via email if this occurs and will send a second email notification when your wine ships. Business addresses are preferred to ensure delivery on the first attempt. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.

For most states, you have the option of selecting one of the following shipping options: Standard Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, or Ground. We use FedEx by default, but if you would like us to use a specific carrier, please let us know via the Special Instructions field on your order at checkout.

Order Adjustments

Please let us know immediately if you have any shipping changes that are made after your order is placed so that we can update your shipping information before your order is shipped. If the change is not processed in time, the wines might need to be re-routed or returned, which could delay the delivery of your shipment.

Adult Signature Required

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery will be required to sign for the wine, and may be required to show proof of age.

FedEx to Introduce ID Scan Requirement Beginning June 28th, 2022

FedEx will be introducing scanning technology that will scan your government-issued photo ID to electronically capture your first initial and last name, and automatically verify that age requirements are met for shipments requiring an adult signature at delivery. The software does not record or store any other personal data (e.g., driver’s license number, birthdate, home address, etc.)

We now offer complimentary local delivery for club members in most South Bay cities. Click on the link below to find out if your address is eligible.

Will Call Pickups

Appointment-based will call pickups for online orders are currently available for customers whose shipping address is in proximity to our Monte Bello or Lytton Springs winery. Simply place an online order, selecting “pickup” and your specific winery location during checkout. To schedule a pickup at either of our winery locations, use our “Visit” page to book a tasting or select “wine pickup”, providing details of your order during the checkout process.

International Shipments

We ship wine internationally to the locations listed below. Contact us directly at 408.867.3233 for more information and to place your order. *Please note that wine club shipments are available to ship within the U.S. only.
